slept:9.0 shoes: Asics GT2120
First formal hill session. Ran the gentle grassy hill by the lake. Was going to run up as many times as it took to exhaustion but decided to stop at 10 due to new shoes and lots to do today. Next time will try 12 on this hill. 11 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down included in time. Was 1 minute up the hill and 1:45 recovery. Ran at a slow jog. It ocurred to me that if I run hills on the weekend alternating with a long run every other week that I could also run the hills in the cemetery except they are on pavement.
Ran with the Asics insoles this time.
