Gym after dentist whose office is right across the street. How convenient is that? Now I'm down to two gyms visits a week. Not sure how that will impact my fitness.

Missed running yesterday so doubled up with visit to the gym today. Met new GP today and like him.
A sailing day. I'm not cheeky enough to log sailing as training, but when the wind blows it can be a lot of physical work and you can be sore afterwards so it must count for something. 5+ mile course. We finished 3rd after a dreadful start. Shorthanded on the crew side. Eric emailed the day before to bow out due to sickness. Mike and I managed OK. It was his first time out this year. Adam tied up due to Guitar Festival.
Time includes a couple of minutes chatting with a neighbor about the prices of homes in our neighborhood. Skipped leg press due to track practice tomorrow.
