Preparing for the Bear Brook Event of next Sunday. Met up with Faye and we split the "duties". Mapping: a new connector trail 500m. Great! This lightens things up in the very complex NW corner of the map. Also fieldchecked the logging patches and swaths from 2 - 3 years ago. I actually spent 6 hours, but I am logging it as "3 hours of walking/jogging, which is my best guess at the "moving" time. Distance also estimated. Did not want to bother with my Garmin. It's goin to be a fine event!

Road and trail run in light mist turning to light rain (47 F). Over Spruce Hole to Garrity Road, to Conservation loop. Then return again via Spruce Hole plus another hill tempo out and back to field, then out and back on the access road, finally another loop around the hole
