Classic Skiing 42:00 [2] 2.93 mi (14:20 / mi) +30m 13:54 / mi
shoes: Atomic Cross Cap

I tested the snow: at 30 F it was crusty but soft. So I figured I'd go out classical. Towards the Spruce Wood access, then the connector through the woods out to the N fields. Surprisingly the fields were solidly firm. My wax waned, so made my way back (up hill) via the woods. We lost about 4 inches since Thursday. But still good.

Skate Skiing 35:00 [2] 3.3 mi (10:36 / mi) +50m 10:08 / mi
shoes: Atomic Skate RS9

Then out on the skaters. Woods were too soft, except over thin spots, So basically repeated the morning loop, but putzed around on the fields, both fields were superb. Then up the access road home. (Garmin had stopped, all estimated)

Road Running 1:17:22 [3] 10.0 mi (7:44 / mi) +135m 7:26 / mi
shoes: On Cloud grey-black

It was time for a long run. To Lee, over Lee Hook, back to PFR, then via Wednes. Hill Rd and Toon Lane back home. Exactly 10 miles with a 100m extra out and back. I am trying to test how my feet hold up for such a run. Fortunately the road shoulders were nice and soft after a warm day. So only about 40% pavement. All seemed ok and I was only slightly sore afterwards.
