From Tunnel Gully (not Mangaroa). Around Tane's Track loop then up Mt Climie (further summit) and back.

SI / L. hamstring very sore. Really affected me a lot on the flat and downhill, but was OK uphill. Was going to do more at the end but decided not to risk it. Pity as I had one of those days when I just felt very good the whole way.

Family trip to Lower Hutt park run. My first one ever.
Not sure it'll be a regular thing - really don't like running before breakfast! Actually didn't feel as bad as I thought I might. SI was sore though - didn't feel comfortable at any stage.

Note

Golf - Terrace Course with Oli. Poor score (48), but didn't actually play that badly - just got over punished!

Harriers run. To Silverstream, around (including hills) and back.
Not too hard this time as most were resting up for the Wellington XC Champs, though some of us put in a bit of effort on the hills. Feeling a bit tired.

Hard work as there was a decent headwind along the valley.

Hill session. The 3-4-3 session using the other hill.
Legs feeling a bit tired throughout, but think the effort level was consistent most of the way through.
