Running 1:24:08 [3] 12.67 km (6:38 / km) +463m 5:37 / km
ahr:129 max:152 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

From NHS while Oli at a hockey trial. Convoluted route to the top of Mt Vic and most of the way to the end of the peninsula and back.

Generally a bit stiff and sore, and SI joint hurt for a lot of the time. Lots of good tracks and a lovely morning, but not in a state to really enjoy it too much.

Note

Golf at RW with Alan. 107 (27 points). Playing awfully - all the old problems tee-to-green seem to be back. Back a bit sore at times but not sure whether that contributed.

Cycling 28:21 [3]

Short of time, so just a quick reintroduction to the bike after a couple of months off. Down to Pinehaven, around and back up. Rusty and obviously a bit out of practice - was in pieces by the top of the climb.

Running 59:47 [3] 10.22 km (5:51 / km) +374m 4:57 / km
ahr:136 max:157 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 30

The Kilmister Loop from Hiil Rd ACW.

Quite hard work with a strong wind blowing down the valley and more wet bits to get across than usual. Not too bad apart from some of the steeper climbs. Pain mainly in the glute today.

Running 47:24 [3] 7.9 km (6:00 / km) +292m 5:04 / km
ahr:133 max:155 (injured) (sick) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

The usual shorter Cannon Point loop ACW, including the trig point.

Not too bad though the first couple of minutes of the climb was a struggle. SI / hamstring a bit sore. Over the worst of the cold now - just coughing a bit.

Running 45:53 [3] 7.9 km (5:48 / km) +283m 4:56 / km
ahr:129 max:150 (injured) (sick) shoes: Nike Air Pegasus 30 Blue

The extended Avian-Avro loop

Again fairly gentle as still have a head full of cold. With rest days, hip has been feeling better, but SI and glute sore at times today. Presumably the hip pain is effect rather than cause.
