Cross-Training (Tough Mudder) 2:48:52 [2] 13.0 mi (12:59 / mi)

Fun little muddy run with obstacles in New Jersey. Great weather for it though. Some of the more exciting obstacles- Running through fire only to notice the drop and mud on the other side after jumping, the ice bath, the mud mile- and getting blinded for the last half of it. Flipped some tires, carried some tires, did a bunch of ranger walls of different heights, Incline/decline Monkey Bars, all sorts of different flavors of mud, an obstacle straight out of assassin's creed, and plenty of barbed wire.

Trail Run in Harriman State Park starting at Silvermine Lake/ the ski slope. I'm a little sore from yesterday.
