Running - Trail 1:08:00 [3] 6.0 mi (11:20 / mi)

Burbage with Tessa. Leg twinge was fine when running but extremely sore when doing normal activities like changing. Shame it hasn't just disappeared.

Orienteering race 20:00 [3] 4.0 km (5:00 / km)

JK sprint. Felt ok to start with, navigated quite well, although twice forgot the river was there! Felt very tired after 10 minutes and didn't have much energy left in second half (who knew 20 mins was such a long time) and made an annoying mistake, although the wall I went to was covered by a purple line which was very unlucky as couldn't see it on map. Other than that was fine, quite pleased with result but think I would've been a minute quicker this time last year. Disappointingly a nerve or something in my left leg started hurting as soon as I finished, it feels exactly like the pain I had at the end of pregnancy. Need to go to back to physio. Frustrating as have been working hard to try and get fit and it feels like a big setback.
