JK Relay
just treating it like a bit of fun as Kit was injured and with our new person we were never going to do amazingly
at the JIRC's I started first leg and I ran one of the worst courses of my life so I tried to not repeat the same mistakes
first part of the course was going well and was keeping with the lead of my gaffle however basically got cocky and tried to get away from them so on control 11 I made a big mistake :/ 14th in on the men's short with out relay team finishing 27th overall :)

WU+ CD 20:00 [3] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: New Balance MT110

Orienteering race 53:17 [4] 7.3 km (7:18 / km) +150m 6:37 / km
shoes: New Balance MT110

Really was trying to repeat yesterdays performance
I basically was doing well and keeping the top 5 pace until #12 where I made a 4min ish mistake, this not only lost time but also knocked my confidence so I made loads of silly mistakes after it. Came 11th which I am pleased with but still annoyed about the 4min mistake and overall I finished 8th in my first JK :D
the winner beat me by over 10mins but I personally think its not an unreachable goal to contest with times like that

Jk Day 2
I was slightly annoyed about the previous day and really wanted to do well.
A year ago I took 20 mins on the British middle first control so I was so careful to begin with. I was basically so scared of getting lost my map contact was the best its ever been, and so I ended up pretty much having a faultless course. I got the best position I've ever had (6th) and only 2.30min down on the winner :D
