HR readings wrong (83???)
Was going okay to control 7 then a loss of concentration for the next 15 mins across a tricky slope with difficult features and underfoot. Got to near #10 then dismissed the feature (control unsighted) as was next to path (later found out it was unmarked bike track). Bad fall 14-15 on covered tree root and painful graze to right hip.
