Couldn't sleep after 3am as felt restless and thinking about this morning's adventure with a first time out with Catherine.

Very rewarding morning beach run with Catherine who is partially sighted. Wide expanse of the beach made it an easy session using her elastic lanyard. Only early difficulties from our first run together, are one or two early obstacles of bricks embedded in the sand and a few jellyfish. Also the differing sand consistencies and the tough, at times, softer sand made it a very worthwhile workout for both of us.
