Out at Bow Vally with Dave, at one point I made a mindboggling 180 degree error which was quite amazing for how many time I've been on this map. It never looks the same ever.

Running 22:37 [5] 5.3 km (4:16 / km)

Ran a so called 6 km loop. (its not 6 km) With another guy who sort of pushed me.

Bouldering at stronghold, saw two friends there which made my day!! :D

Started in the gym, finished at home.

Wednesday evening training - corridors.

Bouldering 1:10:00 [4]

Bouldered at the Stronghold. Was quite tired after running. Did all of the C4's on the second boulder.

Lots of C4s and almost a couple C5s.

Strengthening 1:15:00 [3]

Relatively tired after all of that bouldering so performance was not the best.
