Did a training at Rafter six.

Climbed 5 routes on Waterfall Wall at Heart Creek.

Warmed up with core then climbed a 5.9, 5.10-, 5.11+, and a 5.10-ish route. Then Bouldered for a while and fished with stretching.

Friday Oct 4, 2013 #

Warmed up then cooled down. Ran three sets of three loops with a 90 sec rest between each set.

Climbing (university) 40:00 [4]

I climbed all the A's and a couple of B's at UC.

Wednesday Oct 2, 2013 #

Warmed up and cooled down about 40 min. Ran race pace with 4 thirty second sprint intervals for 20 min.

Tuesday Oct 1, 2013 #

Running race 23:39 [5] 6.0 km (3:57 / km)

Ran with the high schoolers. Would have been second in grd 10, third in grd 11, and second in grd 12. At 4km my time was 15:17, at 5km my time was 19:50, and at 6km I finished with 23:39.
