Then climbed 4ish problems with Matt.
Then Knut gave us 2 problems with which we made minor progress on the first one and then got the 2nd one.

2km row in 7:40ish. Not even a good time, a good one would be 6:30ish.

Did a bunch of exercises for circuits and now, that it is the end of the day, I unfortunately can't remember all of the exercises because there was at least 30 different ones.

Sort of warmed up on a 5.10-, then tried a 5.12- at which I failed, then did a 5.11+ with about 5 falls, then tried a 5.11- with 2 falls. I am VERY tired and need to do more ropes.

Warmed up with stretching then exercises, then lap around the gym.

100 double hand moves around the gym.
40 one hand moves with good flow.
15 problems where I focused on feet.
15ish more problems where I was supposed to focus on flow.
4ish attempts at campusing

Then I got kicked out of the gym after training and bouldered on their amazing brick wall for 20 minutes, it slightly ruined my shoes so I need to use worse ones.

30 laps on my climbing wall, felt weaker but the muscle memory helped for the laps.

Running 40:00 [3] 4.0 km (10:00 / km)

3km run, then strides and A, B, C's.

Strengthening. In 2 days we shall see if I feel any better.

One lap around the gym after warm up.
Then a couple C4s with tops and near tops.

Warmed up bouldering, then climbed:

5.10+ warm up: up, down, up
climbed 5.11- one fall
then 10 min on a 5.10+.

Then a little more bouldering.

Climbing (Chinook) 1:50:00 [4]

I arrived in Calgary before midnight yesterday and I got up at 5am for 6am training. It was a bit hectic.

Climbed 90% of a 5.11b, then up, down, and up a 5.10c. Ran out of time need to move faster.

Bouldering 40:00 [3]

Don't know if it was lactic acid from running or lack of sleep but climbed sort of crappy. Only got 2 C4's and fell of a lot of them. Time will tell if im just tired or got weaker.

Long distance; relatively good race, made barely any mistakes.

Okay sprint, was running slower then optimally. Otherwise only one big mistake, as I missed a crossing through a fence.
