Looking back at the XC season I think it was pretty solid compared to my past years of performance. In September I trained very consistently, reaching 270km in the whole month. In October I was sick one week, and then I had transition week which ended the XC season and so I lost about 60km x2 weeks which makes sense that I had 170km overall.

Now Im all rested up and ready to move through track season / winter. Just gotta keep doing what Im doing. And maybe more hill trainings. And more stretching.

Nice course, with a bit of snow. Lost about 10 s to not starting at the start, 20s to tying shoe, so could have been at least 30s faster.

Calves are pretty sore after my 10km, and I could feel my right knee around the upper tibia.

Ran the race that I missed last weekend. Didn,t feel as good as I hoped it would. Wanted to break 38 or 39. Same as I was around this time last year. At least I'm in much better shape then during JWOC.

I cut the course a bit short because I wanted to stop at 10km. Might have added 30s -1min.
