Out at Bow Vally with Dave, at one point I made a mindboggling 180 degree error which was quite amazing for how many time I've been on this map. It never looks the same ever.

Ran a so called 6 km loop. (its not 6 km) With another guy who sort of pushed me.

Bouldered at the Stronghold. Was quite tired after running. Did all of the C4's on the second boulder.
