Left ankle is still tender after the injury. Took it very cautiously not to injure myself again.

I started off cautious as I was feeling my right ankle is not 100% still.
I got all the way to control 7 without much issues, but coming out of the control I stepped on a rock that slid out of my foot and rolled my ankle again GRRR....
Anyway after a bit, I walked back to the finish.
