che merda! the race was one of the most boring orienteering course that i've found in the last years...all the m20 course was on path, i'm not a fast runner and i prefere tecnical course, ad after some controls i was really fed up..and for end the race in the perfect way i twisted my left ancle...now some days of forced rest
