really nice ride...i pushed on every single short uphill, beacuse my legs and i felt really good..of course when the uphill was a bit longer i wasn't able to keep pushing but i'll be in a perfect shepe when i'll need it

15 x 1'fast/30''slow uphill intervals...it was really tough today, after the 6th i started to feel really tired but, of coure i kept going..the worst where the 10th and 11th because the street was quite steep in that point..btw i finish the training and i'm really happy!!

really happy of my long distance today...just a mistake at 9th controll, i run 8th 10th and i had to come back to 9th...and i'm satisfied with this second race of 2017, now i can just improve!!
