5x up Laajavuori (backside). 30% or so jogging actually. Saw T. Föhr running for only the 2nd time ever even though he supposedly lives nearby. Boring workout really but If the knee is ok tomorrow then I will continue this sort light stuff for a while.

Introducing an Alaskan guy who just moved here to orienteering. Made him walk the course with me (about 1hr) which is of course a better way to learn the first time, and, more importantly, better for my knee. Also dropped reflectors for Julia to run through later--REMEMBER to pick them up later!
Problem with tendon in r-knee. Feels like tendonitis. Felt it a bit last week but really started bothering me since Sunday. Don't want this for the whole winter so I must be disciplined to rest and strengthen it over the coming weeks. Naturally skipped the K-cup tonight. No more hard stuff this Fall.
4x4min. Did this in a polyester button shirt I wore to work. Arrived at gym and realised I had no shirt. Not terriby comfortable and rather overdressed. Still got a good workout on this stepper, or I guess actually the proper name is an elliptical machine.
