Time to put some more work in and up the effort - plan was to get life semi sorted and then concentrate on running again, but coronavirus has fucked that up. Slight head/cross wind on rep 2 and 4. Felt pretty nice, although it was made to fell harder due to tight calfs. Need to stretch more.
