SYXCL4 - Penistone - DNF

Not feeling great, but laced up the spikes and gave it ago. Soon realised how knackered I am so took decision to retire to avoid any fatigue damage.

Pretty pissed off to not finish my last SYXCL, but I've had some good runs, especially round 2 of the series this year. Its just that time of semester. 1 interview a week, 1 ROAR a week and tones of uni work combined with training has left me knackered. Spending some good quality time at home this Christmas shall fix me.

feeling awful on the way down after a long day at the CW assessment centre in Many and not great on the first rep but ground it out and felt ok considering on the last two, helped having Bash on the back straight. played it safe with three and aimed for quality not quantity. felt comfy throughout.
