Scottish 6 Days - Day 6 - Glen Affric North - 7th

Fairly good run apart from binning 5 minutes on 11 getting pushed off line and into the next micro-glen. Straight was also shit on 8 and couldnt find the small path which was on the map, going high would have been better (1min).

Apart from that it was good, maybe going to straight (3). Smashed everything from 11 onwards.

Fairly good run, time loses on 11 (2mins) and 19 (1.5 mins). Never felt like i was running that hard, but by the end i was knackered, such energy saping terrain.

Scottish 6 Days - Day 4 - Darnaway West - 13th

Started well nailing 1 and 2, then got in a huge pickle on 3 mistaking a ride for a path on my attack for the control (3 mins). Pissed off but motored on to 4 and 5 through the shit. Caught some guy in the middle section and had some good head to head with him. 1 Minute dropped on 18, RC. Then dropped him towards the end and speed up in the fast and tricky final section.

Scottish 6 Days - Day 3 - Darnaway East - 27th

Nailed 1, messed up 2 due to poor discipline. Head high bracken to 3. Then worked my way through the course nicely before having a mare on 11 in the rough open, then it took me 3 minutes to work out what i had done. Flowed well through the rest of the course until 18 where i felt really tired and just couldn't be bothered so just cruised in.

Scottish 6 Days - Day 2 - Glen Strathfarrar - 8th

Fairly good run, 1.5 minutes lost on 11, too straight. Maybe should have ran harder on 15 too, but best to navigate and nail it. Felt like i was always running hard with tough terrain, fairly good navigation considering i haven't orienteered in ages.
