K reps, with the older guys doing up to 8, I planned on 6 like normal
Did 5 in the end as on the jog down I felt like shit, so tired. Thinks it's from all the work I've been doing recently, not always loads of sleep and training hard.
Conditions where horrid too. Horrible head wind on the back street which felt like you were running in treacle, pissing it down the whole time and I felt naturally tired so it was really tough work.

Not very happy with the times but when the weather is like that it is all about effort not time. Didn't help feeling tired, but after some great sessions recently I'm abit annoyed at this as the group were just in front of me who I should have been latching on with.
Easy week anyway which is good and CSC this weekend
