British Schools 2012 - Delamere - 1st

had a werid stumach last night and felt abit werid on the way and was sick when we got there:( anyway sorted myself out and ran, already figured out where 1 was from the discriptions. nailed them all messed up 6 slighty, slight hessiation and then doubted myself. 7 and 8 where in grotty bits but nailed them, slight hessitaion on 13 and 14 where i overshot the knoll by 2 metres. then nailed it to the finish. probally lost a minute overall in mistakes. recoken i could have got 30 if i had eaten properly (not sicked it all out!)

won which was good as it was my last BSOC :'( won it for mr T!

thats that done now, been looking forward to that race ever since i knew it was on home turf, its another indicator to show my progress from my base phase which is 2 months in now and going well going to run 2 hard weeks now, looking for between 60-70km. next target JK for JWOC selection hopefully! really motivated and going for it, but the bigger picture is over the next 3 years!

didnt real feel that quick today and felt like effort but i was on my own and it was a bit windy, still 10.23s a standard time, straight after school to so hadnt eat properly for it. still on for 9.30 ish anytime soon. average HR was 179 so plenty still push on for up to 200ish max

GPS died so all distances are guess's. 10 efforts roughly 250/300m with half up a steep hill then the last bit a 100m stride out, was sick after number 7, trying to harddd ;)
