Went to circuit training with family, we did a set of 19 exercises twice for 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off. Variety of strength of agility.

Had good race, But two mistakes near the begining, and one small one near the end. Most of race traded places with a kid who I thougt was Sam Kelsch but the results did not line up with his time. This was just the race time I alsodid some warm up and down. These are the SLD and posted climb.
