Orienteering race 33:15 [4] 4.8 km (6:56 / km)

Race in Emery park, my stomach was bothering me and I ended up throwing up between 7 and 8 of 12 controls. It was only an orange course tho, so not very difficult.

Orienteering race 1:02:44 [3] 6.4 km (9:48 / km)

Back in Rochester at Webster park, my stomach was still bothering me so I decided to take it easier this time. Also I made one 5-6 minute mistake when I misread the small re-entrants near 15.

Setting up the map hike course in Dryer Road park. The trails here are always changing because of all the mountain biking that goes on, so it is very hard to navigate based on them.

Ran around Schenley park.

Running tempo 16:12 [5] 3.0 mi (5:24 / mi)

4x400m, 1mi, 4x400m. Rep, tempo, rep.

First 4 400s were around 75-77s, tempo mile was 5:56, and last 4 400s were around 76-79, with the last one slower than the rest.

My legs just felt really heavy by the last set of 400s.
