pretty good race. Made a few mistakes, but all in all it was a good run.

3x1000m, 4x200m
3:08 on the track for the first one, then had to move to the woods loop because a lax team kicked me off the track. The woods intervals were estimated by time. I ran 3:15 and 3:16.

For the 200's, I was in the woods again, and just ran hard for 35 seconds, 1 min of recovery, then another 35 hard.

not as bad as yesterday, but i estimate at least 6 minutes of error on controls 12-15. then just slow because i planned ahead each leg for a while. slow transitions
