Outdoor track race 10:11 [5] 2.0 mi (5:05 / mi)

I was sick, I had just raced hard yesterday, and I managed to still beat the kid who had a faster pr than I do... so yea, it was a pretty good race.

Outdoor track warm up/down 30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

very easy warm up and down because I wasn't feeling well...

Orienteering race 1:00:18 [5] 8.4 km (7:11 / km)

it was going to be one of my best races of all time, then I punched control 11... I managed to make an 8:30 mistake on one control!! if only I had used my compass...

Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [3] 2.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Orienteering race 11:45 [5] 2.5 km (4:42 / km)

it was a pretty good race, I just need to work on reading where I need to go for the next control before I get to the current control.

Orienteering race 30:28 [5] 3.9 km (7:49 / km)

It wasn't a bad race, but I did make many mistakes. I made large mistakes on 9, 14, and 15, and then some small mistakes. My main problem was that I am sick so when I went out too fast for the first couple of controls, I died.

Orienteering warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2.67 mi (7:30 / mi)

for both races today.

Outdoor track 25:00 [3] 3.33 mi (7:30 / mi)

really easy run because I have and O-meet this weekend and the rest of the team has a track meet.

Outdoor track intervals 4:00 [5] 1.0 mi (4:00 / mi)

we ran a 4 minute mile in interval form. I ran a 400, then 6 x 200 because I have no sprinting speed and could not have gone fast enough if I ran more 400's. It is really sad to say, but my 400 pace was just as fast as my 200 pace, which is just as fast as my 100 pace... I don't think that that is good.

Outdoor track warm up/down (+ recovery) 35:00 [3] 4.67 mi (7:30 / mi)

Outdoor track 42:00 [3] 6.0 mi (7:00 / mi)

ran with the team for 6 miles
