Orienteering race 53:02 [5] 7.5 km (7:04 / km)

ran the red course at a local meet. it is part of a series going on locally, and so i'm glad i ran decently.

Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [3] 2.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

10 min warm up for the race and 5 min warm down before control pickup.

easy warm up and down at the meet. I didn't feel good after the race, so i cut my warm down short...

Outdoor track race 10:26 [5] 2.0 mi (5:13 / mi)

ok run considering I had to run into the wind basically the entire time. I ended up winning by 6 or so seconds, but failed to get a PR because I had no idea where people were in relation to me so I couldn't push myself.

Orienteering race 1:18:00 [5] 7.3 km (10:41 / km)

slow race. I made a large mistake on number 6, and when I finally found the control, I was so dehydrated that I got a drink and left without punching. About half way to number 7 I realized I didn't punch and went back. Then I made another large mistake on number 7, and again on number 15. Other than those 3 controls, I made many smaller mistakes (15 - 30 secs). Overall, it was not a good race.
