ran pretty wll and managed to beat my dad into the finish.

long run with part of the team. sorta did a fartlic type workout. :)

ran with only the people not on our team...

lifted weights and benched 115 for 2 reps after the normal benchin

XC intervals 7:34 [5] 1.5 mi (5:03 / mi)

ran 400m intervals on somwhat hilly ground. Splits: 73, 74, 75, 81, 76, 75
after the first three we did hills so the 4th was slow cuz i was readjusting to flat land

XC hills 4:30 [5]

ran six hills for 45 seconds each. recovery was joggin back down the hill.
(and for the record, megan only beat me once!!!)
