Watched several different taping clips on YouTube each done by a different brand on athletic tape never knew there were so many kinds. I got the general idea of what to do.

I remember some kind of taping you can do to help with this. I will check on that and stretch properly before the next meet.

Really hobbled by the plantar fasciitis. Inserts are in. Have to monitor it this week and see how it goes.

Interesting course on a new map - Wendell Moore Park in Oldham County. A glacial plain. Open park but tons of depressions each with lots of green down in them. Dan did a great job with the map and courses. One major problem, blew past the park boundary - thought there was a fence there but it was supposed to be a purple line that the copier turned to black. Fence on both sides of the purple line. Lost a lot of time since I was trying to relocate when I was actually off the map.

This was the shorter course of the two offered. No overlap between course 1 and 2. Completely different part of the park.
