Went to Taylorsville Lake and put on the new labels on the permanent course. It was either today at 45 and rain or Wednesday at 37 degrees with rain and snow. I choose today. I had the park to myself except for some hard core fishermen out on the lake in boats. More wildlife sightings then I could write. After finishing the perm course started onto mapping the next section. I'm starting year 3 of my 5 year plan to map all 2000 acres of the park. I have finished about 800 acres before today.
I mapped along a beautiful little creek for about 2KM then worked up the south slope above the creek. I love wandering through the woods. Had a great time mapping. Even found a small cave in my mapping today.
