Great Practice for me. It was fun to do a local meet and not have to put out the controls. I should have gone for one more control in my last 10 minutes, but pulled off - okay I was chicken.

I went with my trail runners should have used my spiked shoes.

Realized as I was doing the meet that the map needs some updating.

Picked up 4 controls. In hindsight, I should have picked up 4 controls I did not get for extra practice.

Rough River Map Proofing. Went over the Lodge and Infield area for possible use in a future triple sprint.

I also had the opportunity to meet with a couple people from the park.

Sunny warm weather was replaced with a driving rain and sleet this morning.
