Got to the gym later than normal today, thanks to an early morning=early nap for the baby. (trying to cater to the baby's schedule when it works... most of the time she has to cater to ours)

As it turned out, there was a spinning class starting 5 minutes after I dropped Inara off. I did 50 of the 60 minutes (didn't do the last hill). This is the longest I've left her and we're getting to the point where the crying lasts less than a minute after I leave.

Inara and I are getting used to this morning ritual. I'm getting up to a normal and desired workout length. The goal is to be able to start joining classes which tend to last and hour

Got out before the rain. Felt much stronger than the last couple of hikes... I must be recovered from my cold.

5 minute warm up. 20 x 30 s on, 30 s off. 5 minute cool down.

Dropped the baby off and left while she was still crying. When I got back she was perfectly happy... playing with toys and watching the other kids. This is as much (or more) of mom training as baby training.
