XC Ski long (Skate) 1:50:00 [1]

Night Ski at Cypress -really enjoyed getting on skis for the first time this season.
Amazed I managed to spend so much time at the ski hill when I was training for XC skiing. Know the trails so well that I felt like I was doing laps at the pool or loops around a track

Took Part in the Collings' Boxing Day Capture the Flag. Played for ~2h.
Most fun I've ever had playing capture the flag.
Couple of bruises and scrapes but it was totally worth it for the stories. (ex. Escaping despite loosing a shoe in the mud).

Wish I'd worn my icebugs.

Had a full plate for Christmas dinner but no 2nd's or 3rds as I normally would.

Did the Diez Vistas trail with Thomas and Louise.
Threw up at 30 min and 2 h marks but felt better after and decide to complete the run/hike.

Went home and slept till 7pm. Didn't feel great but was feeling well enough to socialize with guest who were over for Christmas eve dinner (though i barely ate).
