Orienteering race (WET) 50:00 [2]

drove back to Vancouver in 1 day- stopped on way home to do the wet. I was running way above the red line for first 5 controls of 1st course. Manged to pace a lot better the second course.

Dry Grad at 8 rinks- played a suprisingly energetic soccer game despite it being 2 in the morning.
