BCOC sprint- 2 min of errors = lost to an american I shouldn't have + time without mistakes puts Roan in front of me. bad technically and bad push physically.

Great race- a few very minor bobbles and a 1-1.5min mistake. Won my 1st Canada Cup! It went very well mentally and I liked the open/ rough terain (except for visualising the boulder feilds).
