Note

5 mile Cheshire country walk in morning (flat!)

Sport climbing on the way home near shropshire, 4 routes, all flashed, up to 6a+ (all soft). Cold , but pretty good.

Home; v tired!

Note

Trad climbing at a fab location near cheshire. (with Lynne & Nellie)

3 routes, one solo. Another was the best steepest VS 4c I've done. Just amazing.

Climbing is giving me as much (if not more) than orienteering did when orienteering was "normal". It's how it is.

Running 41:09 [4] 9.01 km (4:34 / km) +97m 4:20 / km
shoes: Brooks Ravenna 10

(Climbed trad in morning)

Reasonable paced 9km run, including finally PB on segment FAHGETTABOUDIT - 59secs! 2second PB. 3:23 pace - jogging compared to Kipchoge's marathon pace. I was flat out!!!!!! I ran it on the road this time, not the grass verge..... https://www.strava.com/activities/4202919372/segme...

Decided to run 8th km at tempo; this was net uphill, some grass, & twists & turns. 4:04 worth 3:52?

Not bad, now off up north again (Cheshire) - 6th trip away. At least climbing is a sport/activity I can do pretty much as normal (except when Wales shuts us out).

Body says rest. Happy to oblige.

(RH knee hurting, not sure why - may have banged it climbing or at a belay)
