Note
(rest day)

Good holiday to Spain.
Climbed fine - ramped it slowly up from 6a on 1st day, 6a+ 2nd, big walk 3rd day (1100m climb), 6b 4th day, and finally a big 6b+ redpoint (1st go) on the last day. https://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/c.php?i=59877

Calf fine. Back improved. These holidays are good for my back - and a good back means more flexibility, which means climbing is vastly more enjoyable & also harder moves can be done. My leading head was good. Unlike my partner's. Shame.

Big walk (Puig Campana, the best mountain in the region at 1408m but *not* the highest): https://www.strava.com/activities/1518374422

My UKC log says I climbed 27 pitches - bloody hell! I must be fit, then, right?
