apart from walking to shops (well over an hour on feet, plus 22 mins stagger back laden down) (osteopath said walking was a good idea for my injury), felt a bit off colour / tired / snotty / cold (as in cold not a cold), so took it easy.

it's time to try another jog, really, but motivation is zilch.

Indoor climbing with Steve, my Spanish buddy.

All went very well - storming it.

2017 maybe more about the climbing at this rate....

v steep 6b flash.

6b+ repeat.

started a 7a+ . got to bolt 3. superb.

buggered myself & loved it.

Much improved. Fab walk to 2000m near Helen's flat. defeated by hard steep snow so only a subsiduary summit of Dent du Combatte.

tedious evening flying home with zillions of others. Geneva & Bristol airports rammed. Bored of it (easyjet). 1st world problems.

At least I'm still alive, unlike most of the world's celebrities.

Am not happy btw, about George. Can someone check up on Phil Collins & Mark Knopfler, please?
