Post watchign / cheering on runners in Half marathon in Bristol, a first run in my new trainers, Mizuno Ovation or something. Started easy but quickly found a rhythm, stretched out, felt even better, pushed on hills, still felt great, got to 35 mins at Whitchurch and was starting to feel it. Pace running on grass til last hills, where I finally accepted I was done in, and jogged in, still not bad sub 4:30 kms on a road & grass run with 133m climb according to Mapometer:
