Not sleeping well and legs tired not from the race but the broken periods of running so felt pretty dead acually.

Slogged it round Ashton.

After exams I'm going to focus on upping my nav :)

Stoke Bishop Event
Wanted to do well as running and nav are coming together.

Didn't warm up properly and had no mistakes through first set of controls in Stoke Bishop just a bit hesitant and slow. Bit of time loss 10/11

Mistake coming out of 14 ran into a cul de sac.

Issue in the river section as i got confused over where the bridge was.

Careful at the finish but seemed to do well.

Pleased with the run but annoyed I got pipped. Looking promising though.
