Easy longer trundle on the fields. Felt nice to switch off. Attempted a beep test yesterday for the Easter comp but head not in it and just couldn't be bothered. Motivation is pretty low and finding getting out to train a struggle so will just keep it relaxed whilst under lockdown and do what I fancy, no benefit in knackering myself with nothing coming up.
