Headtorch jog in Riv after a long day. Met Lova and Joe for the middle section and went along a bit further than intended before looping back. Seeminly not much reaction from my hamstring, still just niggling throughout, certainly not fixed yet. Fine on the even stuff but tugging on the rougher ground. Aerobically felt good though.

Crimicar loop with an extension down Lydgate and Crookes. Terrible weather so ran a little quicker than the past month or so. Hamstring pretty similar, actually felt better on downhills doing so, not sure what to make of this. Actually felt pretty normal bodywise which was nice. HRM also has been messing up a lot recently.
