Easy up to Underskiddaw carpark then a tempo effort up Little Man (24:00~) and Skiddaw (33:30~) before rolling back home. Something I'd been wanting to do for a bit and something I'd like to build more on (uphill tempos). Feeling a bit flogged by the top but pleased enough with it.

Easy to Blencathra Centre then a steady loop round Glendaterra, easy over Latrigg home. Good to be back out, heel ok, bit tender going downhill. Hrm has just gone whacky recently!
