Arrived late in Ballarat but still got out and got it done with Joe. Best I've felt all week. Not the best week training but do feel reasonably recovered after some good food and rest. Training camp for 3 days now.

Easy along the great ocean track with Antonia and Joe to meet the others. Gorgeous run, enjoyed it but still not feeling fab. Such a fantastic day though, pretty much perfect.

Drove down to Ferg and Marie's all afternoon and felt pretty crap again this morning. Good once out, lovely track down to the beach with Antonia and Joe then back up. Better for getting out. Think Sunday has taken more out of me than expected alongside a good training load since being here. Want to feel good for the training camp next week so keeping things easy this week to recover.

Up dead late last night to pick up Mary and Antonia from the airport. Felt almost jet lagged myself in the morning. Got out for a 30min raz then yo the pipebridge and back with Mary, nice day.

Tuesday Track session. Made sure to keep everything chilled after the weekend, body still suffering a lot. Concentrated on form more than anything. 5x800(60), 5x400(45), bit of a loo break in the middle of the two. Consistent on the 8's and progressive on the 4's.
800's: 2:35, 2:31, 2:32, 2:32, 2:31.
400's: 73, 71, 71, 70, 68.

Easy recovery on the river. Slept better but body feels very sore, couple of niggles and generally aches and pains. Felt better for getting out. Made sure to eat plenty today.
