Over on Mt. Alexander with the Jaffes and Keys. Legs felt quite beaten so just chilled around a middle course. Good to get some granite in before next weekend but made a few annoying errors. I reckon that was more from being tired though so some good kip should start making things feel normal again. Hectic first couple of days!

First day out in the bush helping on the women's training camp. Pretty cool terrain and felt I was getting in the swing pretty quickly, pretty damp and cold though! Up at 5 for the train though and felt pretty wiped in the evening.

First run out with Pat on the trails around a couple of the Yarra parks. Cracking place to run and good company made this fun. Stopped in to say hi to the Keys on the way back. Felt a little sluggish and body was a bit heavy but not as bad as expected.

Today's the day! Flying at midday today and arriving tomorrow evening Melbourne time so won't be running the next 2 days. Glad to be getting an easier week in before cracking on next week. Really excited about everything coming up out there.
