Led the short group on Grizedale, up to Carron Crag and back. Knee grumbled but didn't get worse. Went to the physio friday and the said I should be able to start building the running slowly and have to strengthen my glute. I'm going to keep it easy and avoid sessions for a while and get the building blocks in place.

Put some effort in on the southern forest in Tarn Howes. Moving a bit laboriously but orienteered really well and felt confident with my technique. Just a few grumbles from my knee at the end.

Up Coniston in the pitch black, clag, with flats and no headtorch. Probably one of the more stupid runs of my life. Enjoyed it though, felt rotten having not run for a week though and bailed with some of the others just off the top but it was sensible.
