Twin Peak 2, long on Bleathwaite.
Umming and ahhing about the black beforehand but decided to do it because regardless of what course I was just trotting round so may as well go for the longest time with a map in hand. Generally orienteering well, 2 mistakes to speak of, both on the long legs annoyingly just not on the compass and not thinking about the circle, but other than that interpretation and contact was reasonably good. No pushing it today and real easy on the downhill but enjoyed it in tough conditions.

Started the Fairfield Horshoe with Joe and were moving along the Western ridge in to progressively worse weather so as we started moving on to the summit plateau we bailed and headed down the same way. Really great run, felt alright, rib grumbly but enjoyed it.

Night-O with Joe. Took it very easily but was pretty clean all the way, spooked by a tent meaning a big detour on one and a crappy route broken by windblown on another but generally successful. Need a better headtorch.

Easy sprinterval training on my own in Kelham Island. Took advantage of my reduced pace to really nail the nav and was 100% on everyone. Also felt good mentally to battle through the pain in my ribs but was suffering a touch. Went to the hospital after and got it x-rayed, lots of bruising and cuts and the possibility of a fracture but it's not confirmed so I'm being optimistic.
